Teriyaki Tofu (4 serving)
12 ounce of extra firm tofu
4 oz of brocolli
4 oz zuchinni
2 oz of mushroom
2 oz of onions
2 oz carrots
1 fresh clove of garlic (chopped)
1 oz oz of olive oil
8 oz of teriyaki sauce
Steam the vegetables above in a pot.
Allow the steam vegetables to drained then spread vegetables onto a dish.
Pan frying the tofu and alternating its side to golden brown in a pan with olive oil.
Remove the tofu onto a dish then add the chopped garlic to the heated pan then add the teriyaki sauce to the pan.
Heat until the sauce to bubbly then add tofu back into the pan and let it cook for 1 min.
Pour over the steam vegetable platter.
Hot and Sour Soup (4 serving)
32 ounces of chicken stock
6 oz of silken tofu
Boil chicken stock, add all the vegetables and allow to boil until done.
add soy sauce, vinegar and a dash of sugar.
Thicken with corn starch then slow add in the egg.
