HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Thomas Built Buses could soon have a date in court.
A company employee filed an unfair labor practice federal charge against the bus manufacturer.
In her charge, Tracy McLaughlin says the company turned a blind eye to harassment she received when she refrained from membership to a union.
She also says she was harassed by company management for telling co-workers of their right to deny union membership and opt-out of paying union dues.
We contacted Thomas Built Buses for comment. Their media representative says the company does not comment on pending litigation.
