Greensboro, NC -- UNC Greensboro is planning an $8 million pedestrian underpass. It's under the railway corridor at the south end of campus near Forest Street and Oakland Avenue.
This is a joint project between UNCG and the North Carolina Railroad Company. The goal of the underpass is to provide a safer path for pedestrians and bicyclists.
The project should be finished in 2017.
