Greensboro, NC -- RF Micro is well on its way to developing more cost-effective solar cells. The Business Journal reports "the company announced that it had successfully fabricated a dual-junction cell and was on its way to a triple-junction structure." Bascially, the more junctions, the more efficient a cell is at converting sunlight into electricity. RF Micro wants to make solar energy conversion more cost-effective.
