Greensboro, NC -- Career Consultant Joyce Richman says you don't want to dwell on the reasons you were fired. She says, ''Instead, I think I would put all my energy in terms of what did I learn when I was there. What did I learn that would add value to the next company where I work? Even about the termination, what did I learn about that, that I want to apply myself going forward, if ever I'm in a situation where I have to let somebody go, how do I want to do that?"
Richman says learn from the past and move forward.
