Multimedia Journalist – Investigative Reporter
WFMY News 2 in Greensboro, NC, the Gannett owned CBS affiliate in Greensboro, North Carolina has an opportunity for an on-air, seasoned investigative reporter.  Our multimedia journalists produce content for on air, online and mobile platforms.  Besides just being solid on television, the position requires knowledge of FOIA and Sunshine Laws, editing skills, teamwork attitude, strong communication skills.  We are looking for someone with specific experience as a watchdog/consumer reporter.  You must dig deeper into breaking news stories to uncover exclusive information.

Multimedia Marketing Producer
WFMY News 2 is looking for an experienced and savvy producer to build its late news and overall station brand image.  The perfect candidate has a wide range of skills and uses every marketing tool in the toolbox including topical promos, web banners, Facebook, blogging, radio and Twitter. 
We are looking for someone who knows how to write eye-catching teases and dares to break away from the cliché headline approach.  We want bold and creative.  Raise some eyebrows!
The candidate must know how to shoot, edit, and be motivated to master Adobe Creative Suite.  We have all of the best production bells and whistles, and it’s up to you to bring them to life.  The Multimedia Marketing Producer must work directly with the news and marketing departments on a daily basis – adding a creative edge our branding on every platform.  Candidate but be detail oriented and be able to plan and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:

• College education – two or four year degree
• At least two years experience in news marketing
• Experience with Avid editing, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
