Thomasville, NC -- Police were called to the Thomasville Inn at 9:30 pm on Tuesday because a woman was found in the parking lot, stabbed in the chest.
The victim was taken to Thomasville Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
Police have charged Stephanie Cranford with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Police said she stabbed the other woamn druing a fight between the two.
