(Burlington, NC) -- Last night shortly after 5:30, Burlington Police responded to a residence on Rainey St. Burlington, in reference to a shooting.
When officers arrived they determined B/M 16yoa. had been shot. He was transported to UNC Hospital via helicopter and is listed in stable condition.
The suspect was described as a B/M with dreadlocks light complexion unknown height and weight. The suspect was possibly traveling in a White or Silver Nissan Altima.
The investigation is on-going.
