Durham, NC -- A Guilford County woman has been charged with starting a fire that damaged 18 apartments in Durham and left dozens of people without homes.
Investigators say Ricela Salom Rebollar-Valdez, 21, started the fire at the Springfield Apartments Friday afternoon.
No one was injured, but 34 people lost their homes.
Rebollar-Valdez is charged with first- and second-degree Arson. Police say she also faces breaking and entering charges. She is being held without bond, and it isn't clear if she has an attorney.
