Greensboro, NC -- Officers arrested Justin Uriah Bell for his role in a Greensboro parking shooting Saturday.
Bell, 25, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm in the city, according to police.
Officers arrested him at 2:45 p.m. without incident Saturday.
The victim told police he and Bell got into some sort of altercation in the parking lot when Bell pulled out a gun and shot him.
EMS transported the man to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say Bell drove away from the scene in a black and white pickup truck.
