Winston-Salem, NC -- Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed Monday on Farmbrook Rd.
When officers arrived on the scene around 3:45 p.m., they found Jorge Martinez Jr. suffering from gunshots to his torso.
EMS took Martinez to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say a family member shot Martinez during an argument.
According to a news release, the people involved in the shooting have all been identified and located, but no arrests have been made.
Police are still investigating, and officers are waiting on autopsy results.
