Greensboro, NC -- A man is recovering at Moses Cone Hospital after a Sunday morning shooting, and officers are still looking for  a suspect, police say.

Police responded to the Park Place Apartments right after 3 a.m. in repsone to the shooting.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, Brandon Dawkins, suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say Dawkins was at a party when he and the suspect got into an altercation. The suspect then pulled out a gun and shot Dawkins.

EMS transported to the victim to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Police are asking anyone with information on this shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
