Greensboro, NC - Job seekers, anyone contemplating self-employment, and those in search of career development opportunities are encouraged to attend the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce's Job Expo and Franchise Fair 2012 on Wednesday, August 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Four Seasons Town Centre.
"This is an excellent chance for all types of job applicants to explore their employment options in the Triad, and there are plenty of opportunities out there," commented Kathy Elliott, Vice President of Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. "We will have over 30 employers accepting resumes and conducting interviews on-site and attendees can even learn about franchising and home-based business opportunities if this is a path they choose to explore."
Various employers, educational institutions and franchisors representing a wide range of industries will be exhibiting, including but not limited to Belk, the City of Greensboro, Dow Corning, Truliant Credit Union, Kindred Hospital, WFMY News 2 Epes Transportation, Crown Automotive, Goodwill Industries, the National Guard and many more.
