For the last ten years, an extraordinary program has been helping consumers with their nagging problems.
Call For Action helped get answers for hundreds of people to the tune of 1.2 million dollars. The outstanding volunteers who worked to make this happen are this month's "2 Those Who Care" recipients.
The volunteers say they used the expertise from their careers to help find solutions. Most agree the success of the program was a group effort.
