About Read 2 Succeed
News 2 and Guilford County Schools are working together to put books in the hands of students and help reach the goal of reading 3 million by the end of the year. Every week, The Good Morning Show will personally deliver the message about literacy by visiting local elementary and middle schools. The team has created a fun and interactive assembly program designed to excite students about reading. Most importantly, these assemblies will reinforce the connection between good reading skills and success in life.
News 2 has also gathered together important resources for parents like popular reading lists and links to reading resources. Check back often for updates, deals on books and new ideas to promote reading at home.
