Mocksville, NC -- Davie Hospital could see new life as training ground for future health care workers and a home for the Davie County Health Department.
According to The Business Journal, Officials with Davidson County Community College and Davie County are making plans for how to repurpose the county-owned hospital once services start being shifted to the new Wake Forest Baptist Health- West Campus beginning next year.
The hospital property offers the chance to introduce additional training programs that could funnel new workers into a broader section of the high demand health care industry.
