Winston-Salem, NC -- BMX Racing will be front and center in Winston-Salem come this fall. Tanglewood Park plans to host the
2013 USA BMX Redline Cup Finals East in October.
The competition will be fierce with more than 700 riders from 20 states who will all compete in the BMX Redline Cup Finals East. The tournament is expected to bring in an economic boost of up to $750,000.
In 2012, state leaders selected Tanglewood's course as the Top Track in the State. Since then, more than $20,000 in improvements have been made to the course. The renovations include a redesign, new paved turn, and a viewing deck for fans at the start line.
The 2013 USA BMX Redline Cup Finals East will take place October 11 - 13, 2013 at Tanglewood Park.
