Phinny is the sweetest and funniest 9 year young lovable, couch potato pug. Phinny does have some allergies which include cat dander. Therefore, he cannot be placed in a home with cats. He is currently on a grain-free wheat-free quality food and is doing very well. Phinny is being fostered near Charlotte, NC with 4 other pugs. He is not a barker and will sing for you if ask.
