Blue Bell Ice Cream has several new fall flavors, Mocha Almond Fudge and Butter Crunch Ice Cream. While they're good by themselves, this morning, we learned how to use them in recipes.
Mocha Almond Fudge Pie
1-Ready to use 9-inch Chocolate Pie Crust , 1 Quart Blue Bell Mocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream Softened, 2 cups Whipped Topping, 1/3 c. Roasted & Chopped Pecans, 1/3 c. Chocolate Dessert Topping.
Scoop ice cream into cookie crust. Smooth top of ice cream. Cover with whipped topping, sprinkle with pecans and freeze pie for 2 to 24 hours. Remove pie 10 minutes before serving.
PB & B Parfait
1 T. peanut butter, 1 T. Caramel Ice Cream Topping, 2 Scoops Blue Bell Butter Crunch Ice Cream, 1 Banana Sliced, Frozen Whipped Topping, 1 t. milk chocolate shavings.
Mix peanut butter and caramel topping. Set aside. Place one scoop of ice cream in chilled parfait glass. Add banana slices. Top with peanut butter/caramel mixture. Repeat layers.
