Barbecue Pork and Beef Burger Recipe
Serves 2

Ingredients
4 ounces ground beef
4 ounces ground pork
1 tablespoon crumbled cooked bacon
1 table Spice Delight BBQ Rub
2 tablespoons Spice Delight Sweet and Zesty BBQ Sauce
1tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
2 hamburger buns (your choice)

Method
1-In a medium size bowl place the beef, pork, bacon, onions and peppers, then mix together well.
2- Shape two 4 ounce flat patties then dust both sides with Spice Delight BBQ Rub and let marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3-Grill 3 minutes per side for medium and 4 minutes per side for well done.
4-Top each burger with 1 tablespoon Spice Delight Sweet and Zesty Barbecue Sauce.
5-Place on bun and serve.
