Grilled Drumettes Recipe
Serves 2

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 drumettes
2 tablespoons Spice Delight BBQ Rub
¾ cup Spice Delight Sweet and Zesty Barbecue Sauce

Method
1. Place Drumettes in a large bowl along with BBQ rub, and mix until chicken is well coated.
2. Let marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Heat grill to medium heat 275-300 degrees.
4. Cook drumettes 5 minutes per side.
5. Brush with Spice delight Sweet and Zesty Barbecue Sauce, and then grill an additional minute per side.

Grilled Corn on the Cob Recipe
Serves 2

Ingredients
4 fresh ears of corn
1 stick of butter soften
2 tablespoons Spice Delight BBQ Rub
1 tablespoon honey
4 sheets aluminum foil

Method
1. Remove silk and soak corn for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
2. Evenly Dust corn with 1 tablespoon of Spice delight BBQ Rub and wrap in foil.
3. In a small bowl add butter, honey and remaining Spice Delight BBQ Rub.
4. Heat grill to medium heat 275-300 degrees, and cook corn 8 minutes per side.
5. Remove from grill and brush with honey butter mixture, and then serve.
