Crab Cakes Recipe
Makes 6 servings
2 pounds lump crab meat
½ cup Hellman's® mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 egg yolks
2 whole green onions, finely chopped
4 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Non-stick vegetable spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 15 minutes before cooking.
Place first 7 ingredients in a medium size bowl; mix well.
Make 6 crab cakes. Coat both sides with Panko breadcrumbs.
Spray crab cakes on both sides with vegetable spray.
Place crab cakes on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake 35 minutes.
Tarter Sauce Recipe
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup of wickles sweet relish
Mixed together in medium size bowl.
