Pasta Dish From Noble's Grille

Greensboro, NC -- The Good Morning Show crew got cooking with Chef John Bobby from Noble's Grille Tuesday.

Here is the recipe to the pasta dish he prepared:

Ingredients
4.5oz pasta
2oz blister tomatoes
1oz capers
1oz white anchovies
1oz garlic
1 oz shallots
.25 oz fresh basil
.25 lemon juice



Cook pasta till al dente. In sauté pan sear garlic and shallots. Add tomatoes, capers, and 1 oz pasta water. Finish with olive oil and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan.
