Blackened Shrimp Bruchetta
1 Loaf of French Bread
1 Pound of Baby Shrimp
5 Ounces of Boursin Cheese
1 Tomato Diced
Blackening Seasoning
Fresh Basil
Shredded Parmesan
Cut Loaf into 3 inch slices and bake for 3 minutes at 400`
Spread Toast Points with Boursin Cheese
Top with Blackened Shrimp, Diced Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, and Parmesan.
How to blacken shrimp:
Heat a little oil in a saucepan and toss shrimp in blackening seasoning then cook until shrimp is done.
Chicken Stuffing
½ Cup Dried Cherries
½ Cup Pecan Pieces
2 Cups Peeled and Diced Apples
¼ Tsp. Sage
¼ Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbl Spoon Whole Grain Dijon
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
Hydrate cherries in warm water for 10 minutes then strain. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Lavender Pear Sauce
4 Pears
½ Tbl spoon Shallot
¼ Cup Brandy
1 Qt Chicken Stock
1 Tsp. Honey
¼ Tsp Thyme
¼ Tsp Sage
1 Tbl Spoon Lavender
1 Bay Leaf
Salt and Pepper
Sautee Pears and Shallots until brown and tender then puree. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
