Body Found In Car Trunk In Greensboro Identified As Ashely Lashay Murphy

Greensboro, NC -- Police identified the woman found dead in a car trunk Thursday as 25-year-old Ashely Lashay Tucker.

Tuckers body was discovered in the trunk of a red car near the intersection of Ball Street and Gatewood Drive near East Wendover Ave.   The death has been ruled a homicide.

Police arrested Justin Dupree Scales, 22, in connection to Murphy's death.  A motive has not yet been determined.

Scales in charged with First Degree Murder and is being held in the Guilford County Jail with no bond.
