Burlington, NC-- Andrew Brown was arrested Wednesday for breaking into an apartment Saturday evening and killing 21-year-old, Brittany Jernigan during an attempted robbery.
His accomplice, Brett Allen Cole, turned himself in to the Burlington Police Department the same night.
Both Brown and Cole are in the Alamance County Jail with no bond.
