Morristown, NJ-- Police in Morris County, New Jersey said they have arrested a suspect dubbed the "Office Creeper".

Investigators said Gerald Broadwater was arrested Thursday morning in Newark by state police and officers with the US Marshal's Office.

Broadwater was dubbed the "Office Creeper" because police said he was known to quietly steal laptops, money and other valuables from office buildings. He allegedly committed burglaries in Allentown, PA area, Morris County, Somerset, Union and Middlesex counties of NJ.

Broadwater is also wanted on fugitive outstanding warrants in Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio. Police did not say what he was wanted for in those states.
