Charlotte, NC -- Police in Charlotte were investigating the deaths of two children Wednesday who were hit and killed by a Sears delivery truck.
WBTV is reporting the accident happened around 8 a.m. Wednesday in west Charlotte. Both victims are boys, and were walking with their father to school at Dixon Academy.
Police said the victims are Jeremy Brewton, 1, and Kadrien Pendergrass, 5. Police said Dixon Academy is near the scene of the accident. A newborn baby was also with the father, but did not appear to be injured.
The accident is still under investigation.
