Greensboro-- Saturday morning WFMY News 2 ran a 2 The Rescue Adoption special. By 3pm, Saturday afternoon, all of the dogs featured had been matched with families.
But shelter director Marsha Williams said there was an added bonus to having all the visitors:
"We had many others that were adopted in addition because we didn't just have one Yorkie we had three so all three got adopted. Same with the Boston Terriers alot of the other animals got adopted as well so we're very excited to have so many people come in and visit."
All prospective families had to sign a strict contract as a way to insure the animals' future well-being. Click here to see the contract.
