(Greensboro, NC) -- The Greensboro Police Department responded to an aggravated assault call last night shortly before midnight.
When they arrived they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Moses Cone Hospital with life threatening injuries. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of the family.
Eastern and Central Division Patrol, CSI, and CID responded to the scene.
At this time it is an ongoing investigation.
