(Burlington, NC) -- Burlington Police responded call involving a pedestrian struck by a car last night at approximately 10:12.
Judith Bryant, 40 of Elon, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet sedan, east on the 3500 block of Garden Rd. De Weng Huang, 46 of Burlington was walking on the edge of the roadway attempting to cross the road and was struck by Bryant's vehicle.
Alamance County EMS and Burlington Fire Department responded to the scene. Huang was then transported to UNC Hospital by helicopter. He is currently listed in critical condition.
This accident is still currently under investigation and incomplete.
