(Greensboro, NC)  -- Last night shortly after midnight, officers responded to 3810 Overland Heights in reference to an assault call.

When they arrived, they saw the victim suffering from laceration wounds caused by a sharp object. The victim stated he had been involved in an altercation at this location and during this time, received multiple lacerations from what he believed to be a knife.

The victim was transported to Moses Cone Hospital via ambulance for treatment for non life threatening injuries.

As a result of the investigation, one of the suspects, Kikkiman Maurice McKeller, was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with attempt to kill and conspiracy.

Warrants were also issued for Antwan Antonio Garner for the same charges.
