Graham, NC -- On Wednesday, Police were called to a home on Amy Drive for a reported heart attack that turned out to be a murder.
Thirty year-old, Michael David Lee, was found dead inside the home with a gunshot to the chest and his throat was cut.
Michael Lee and his father/suspect Gary Michael Lee, were allegedly playing cards and drinking alcohol at the home when something happened between the two, which triggered this tragic event.
A confrontation took place which ultimately led to the murder of Michael Lee by his father Gary Michael Lee.
Gary Michael Lee was charged with first-degree murder and is being held at the Alamance County Jail with no bond, Lee has a scheduled first appearance May 24, 2012.
