Winston-Salem, NC -- Police are investigating a series of car break-ins in several residential neighborhoods.
Police said the break-in's occurred between late Thursday and early Friday morning. The break-in's happened on Silver Chalice Lane, Crickett Lane, and Old Belews Creek Drive, which are all near the Eastern edge of Winston-Salem.
Authorities said that the suspects were targeting unlocked cars. The Police Department encourages everyone to be safe and routinely lock their doors.
