Graham, NC-- A teenager is facing charges of raping another teenager at a speedway.
The Alamance County Sheriff's Office said they received a report of a sexual assault that occurred at Ace Speedway on July 6. After investigating Deputies said they arrested and charged 19 year-old Terry Dickerson on Monday.
Dickerson is charged with: Solicitation of a Child by Computer and Statutory Rape.
The arrest came as part of the sheriff's office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigation. Detectives said Dickerson solicited the 13 year old victim to have sex at Ace Speedway via online social network.
Deputies are still investigating the incident.
