(Wallburg, NC) -- Last night at 9:00 PM, Aurelio Moctezuma Rojas, a 32 year old Hispanic male, was taken into custody at his residence of 631 Mt Vernon Church Rd by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive
Task Force (JFTF) and the Winston Salem Police Department. Rojas is accused of 1 st degree rape and indecent liberties with a minor by the Winston Salem Police Department.
The JFTF became involved when detectives with the Winston Salem Police Department requested the U.S. Marshals assistance. This investigation led authorities to Wallburg where Rojas was living.
Multiple assault style weapons and cocaine were found in Rojas' residence. At this time additional charges maybe pending.
