Martinsville, VA -- The Henry Count Sheriff's Office is investigating a double homicide.

Deputies said they found Kathy, 49, and Charles Fain, 52, dead in their home on Thursday. Kathy died from a headshot wound and Charles died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities have arrested and charged Zachary Bailey, 19, with two counts of Second Degree Murder, two counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and two counts of Discharging a Firearm within an Occupied Dwelling.

Bailey is held at the Henry County Jail without bond.
