(Lexington, NC) -- Last Friday (7/27/2012) Davidson County Sheriff's Office responded to 432 Sunny Lane in reference to a death investigation.
When officers arrived, they discovered that the victim was a 7month old female. The child was given life saving measures by first responders and hospital staff but was unable to be resuscitated.
The Davidson County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the cause of death of the 7 month old child.
