Winston-Salem, NC -- A man was transported to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center with life-threatening injuries after an auto accident Friday night.
Police responded to the accident at the Silas Creek Pkwy and Ebert Rd. intersection at 9:15pm.
Officers say a car and a motorcycle collided in the intersection causing Daniel Ellis to be thrown from his motorcycle.
Ellis was transported to the hospital, and the other driver, Amira Badarin, was not injured.
Police don't believe speed or alcohol played a factor in the wreck.
No charges have been filed.
