Roy Williams still has some doubters after winning two national titles at North Carolina.

According to a survey conducted by CBS Sports, Williams was the clear winner in the voting to determine which coach in the country is the most overrated.

Williams received 23% of the votes in poll of college basketball coaches. From one of the comments, it seems winning in Chapel Hill doesn't carry the weight of other locations.

Said one voter: "He's won at Kansas and UNC. But who couldn't do that ... besides Matt Doherty?"

Two Big Ten coaches followed Williams. Rick Barnes of Texas was a clear No. 2 in the voting with 17% followed by Scott Drew of Baylor at 11%.

Drew taking the Bears to two regional finals in three years didn't impress one coach: "If Bill Self had his talent the past three years, they're winning the national championship at least once."

The Big East pair of St. John's coach Steve Lavin and Villanova coach Jay Wright rounded out the top five.

Among the others receiving significant votes were Ben Howland of UCLA, Jim Boeheim of Syracuse and Tommy Amaker of Harvard.
