Greensboro, NC -- One of the escalators at Four Seasons Towne Center has been shut down because part of it collapsed Saturday evening.
After speaking to security at Four Seasons, we learned part of the escalator buckled and collapsed onto itself.
A witness called News 2 and said there was a loud noise that caused many people to run from the the mall.
There were no injuries reported.
The mall is working on getting the escalator reopened.
