(Burlington, NC) -- Burlington Police Department responded to the 100 block of Williamson Street reference to a reported Statutory Rape.
After further investigation officers arrested Julio Cesar Reyes-Eugenio age 27 for two counts of Statutory Rape of a Fifteen year old and one count of Statutory Sexual Offense with a Fifteen year old. The offenses occurred between August 5, 2012 and August 15, 2012.
Julio Cesar Reyes-Eugenio was given a $75,000 secure bond and placed in the custody of the Alamance County Jail. Julio Cesar Reyes-Eugenio's first appearance in Alamance County Court is August 21, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
