Gig Harbor, Washington -- A student at a Kopachuck Middle School appears to be bullied by other students and a teacher in an incident captured on camera by fellow classmates.

The incident happened in February.

Captured by cell phone video, students drag the student, stuff socks in his mouth, and write on him for about 15 minutes.

According to the Huffington Post, the teacher, John Rosi, joined in on the action, rather than helping the bullied student. Rosi poked the boy in the stomach and pretended to sit on him, saying, "I'm feeling kind of gassy."

Rosi was in charge of teaching a half-hour course for reading and math preparation, The News Tribune reports.

Rosi was disciplined for his actions and was transferred, but the parents of the student are pushing for criminal charges.
