Greensboro, NC -- Police are still interviewing witnesses following a shots fired call at the Greensboro Depot.

Officers got the call from East Washington Street at 1:06 p.m.

A security guard says he went behind the building and approached two suspicious cars when one drove away. He tried talking to the people in the second car, and for some reason, fired his gun at the people inside.

Police still don't know what caused the security guard to fire his weapon. There is still no word on who, if anyone, was shot or injured inside the car.

The security guard, however, was taken to the hospital with a severed finger.

Susan Danielsen with Greensboro police says officers are interviewing several witnesses, but say they're getting a lot of conflicting information.
