Reidsville, NC -- The North Carolina Department of Transportation will close U.S. 29 N between U.S. 29 Business and N.C. 87 South starting Sunday night.
NCDOT will close the area every Sunday thru Thursday until Monday, Nov. 5. Construction will start at 7 p.m. each night and end at 7 a.m. every morning.
Crews are going to repair a bridge in the area.
There will be marked detours around the construction site.
NCDOT is reminding drivers to pay attention to all construction signs and be sure to obey the posted speed limit in the area.
