Winston-Salem, NC -- Police say Sandra Denise Shuler, 54, returned to her Winston-Salem home after a Silver Alert was issued for her Friday afternoon.
Shuler was last seen at her home around 6 p.m. Thursday before she left in her 2008 gold Kia Spectrum. Police say she was believed to be going shopping at Hanes Mall.
Family members say Shuler called them around 10:30 p.m., telling them she was lost somewhere near Highway 66.
Police say Shuler has medical issues and has been known to get disoriented.
