(Greensboro, NC) -- On December 14, 2012 at approximately 3:00am, The Greensboro Police Department answered an attempted robbery call to the Great Stops convenience store at 1411 West Lee Street.
When police arrived, employees stated that an older white male had been attempting to steal an alcoholic beverage. They say when they confronted him about it, he pulled out a knife and threatened them. The suspect then left the business on foot toward Lexington Ave.
The suspect is described as a 60-year-old white male with a full beard, and wearing brown overalls.
