Lt. Paul Vance said in a Saturday briefing that the shooter was not voluntarily let into Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Authorities say Adam Lanza, 20, shot his mother Friday, drover her car to the school in Newtown, and shot 20 children, six adults and himself.
