Washington, DC -- Greensboro native, Air Force Staff Sgt. Serpico Elliott stood in as President Obama during a rehearsal on Sunday for the inauguration ceremony on January 21.

A family member of Elliott told News 2 that he was chosen to participate in the rehearsal because he has the same build as President Obama. 

Elliott is currently serving his third term in the Air Force, according to his family member.
