ST. Paul, MN -- Having sex with a client can't be counted as billable hours. That's the gist of a decision from the Minnesota Supreme Court.
The court is suspending attorney Thomas Lowe. He was accused of representing a woman in a divorce case and having an affair with her. Lowe, at first, denied charges he billed her for the time they were having sex.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports a court document says Lowe now "unconditionally admits the allegations."
